Security issues with unsecured windows put a damper on peace of mind. Lack of a fridge in the room made it difficult to keep drinks cold, forcing reliance on local establishments for even basic needs. Power outages were common . The early morning departure timing clashed with electricity outages, leading to a mini-crisis getting ready in the dark.

Perfect location in the middle of jackson was a plus. Plus, it was close to the best beach as well as the garden.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, with a nice patio area overlooking the garden that was perfect for birdwatching and accessible outdoor dining to enjoy meals al fresco.

Everything was perfect.

Hotel overlooked garden and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff were very welcoming and absolutely lovely. Location: the venue was really close to the best beach, and the garden. It also was in the middle of jackson. Really enjoyed this hotel, had lovely experience.

Exceptionally clean and cosy room with an air conditioning, a seating area, and a private entrance. A good choice of goodies for breakfast.

I regret to say that we encountered several issues . The lack of reliable electricity was a persistent challenge, as we went days without air conditioning or hot water. The absence of a refrigerator forced us to rely solely on local stores for basic necessities, often expensive and limited in selection.

The owners are nice, but seriously? The windows dont lock, and they suggested that we get our own water from local expensive stores instead of just providing a fridge, how rude. I thought a simple welcome gift would have been nice given the price. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't, what a disaster!

The bed was super comfy, and we enjoyed birdwatching from our patio! A few hiccups with electricity, but it added to the adventure. Just wish there was a fridge for drinks. A cool spot to unwind.

The hosts were really good, providing valuable information about local attractions and arranging a good boat trip that offered fine views of the Sian Ka'an reserve. The comfortable room added to the overall positive experience.
